I began personally recruiting skilled workers and building a strong community—today, I have more than 120 journeyman-level professionals ready to step in at any time.

With over a decade of hands-on experience working for an HVAC contractor, I’ve been part of major projects—hospitals, schools, and large office buildings—working side by side with many different trades. I know exactly what contractors expect and what kind of expertise they need on the job.
